Who should take an online course?
Learning online is pocket friendly; you can make your own schedule and learn at your own pace. You can avoid travelling and have access to your learning material and your tutor from anywhere across the globe. Anyone who appreciates the above should take an online course.
How do I access my course?
After you sign up, you’ll have one-to-one learning sessions with your tutor over Skype or Zoom. You’ll also have access to course material in pdf form.
What is the mode of teaching for the lessons?
The primary mode of tutoring is English. However, courses can be conducted in languages other than English if possible. If you prefer some other language, you need to check this with us before signing up for a course.
Can I take more than one course at a time?
You can sign-up for multiple courses. However, we recommend taking one course at a time to make sure that you can dedicate sufficient time on that course.
My payment did not go through. What do I do?
You can try after sometime.
How does online learning work?
Learning online is simple. You choose your course, talk to your tutor over phone or email, sign-up and pay for your course online and start learning over Skype or Zoom. You need to have a computer/Laptop/Tab or a smart phone with a good internet connection to facilitate your learning.
Is it possible for someone to learn music irrespective of age?
Music doesn’t have age restrictions. Music needs a basic learning skill and passion. With passion for music and regular practice, anyone can learn music at any age.
Can multiple students use a single account for the classes?
As per our academic policies, an enrollment is applicable to a single student. Each student needs to have a separate enrollment.
How do I pay for my course? Is the payment secure?
You can sign-up and pay for your courses online. We use PayPal (USD) for payments made from outside India. PayPal is a globally trusted and secure payment gateway. Processing of payments is done over a secure internet connection.
Can I make partial payment?
Sorry, we do not have an option for partial payments.
How would I know if you received my payment?
After you pay online, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging your payment. If you don’t receive it, you can contact us and we’ll be glad to help you further.
What happens after I enroll, what will be the next steps?
After you’ve enrolled, we will get in touch with you explaining how to attend your sessions.
I want to stop my course mid-way. Do I get a refund?
If you’re not satisfied with the course you’re learning, you may cancel your learning program after speaking to us within seven days from the date you made a payment for it. You’ll receive your refund on a pro-rata basis for the pending sessions.
